SilverRock Resort, projected to be built by 2010/2011 will be an exclusive destinations in the Palm Springs and La Quinta area. The boutique-sized, luxury resort hotel will also offer second homes, vacation homes, casitas and condominium residences in a village-like atmosphere in this this desert hideaway. The community will be located on 525 acres of land situated at the base of the Santa Rosa Mountains with some of the best views La Quinta has to offer. The development of this master-planned community is still in its early stages, but residents will be able to take advantage of the exiting Arnold Palmer designed golf course and future resort luxuries such as spa, fitness and dining amenities. By complete build-out, SilverRock will also include 81,000 square feet of retail space divided up into shops, restaurants and office/residential opportunities.

SilverRock Golf

Currently SilverRock features a public Arnold Palmer designed golf course that made it on Golf Magazines Top 10 New Courses That You Can Play. It is also one of four homes of the Bob Hope Chrysler Classic, which Arnold Palmer, a part-time La Quinta resident, has won five times to no surprise.
