The 710-acre Catamount Ranch includes a Tom Weiskopf-designed 18 hole golf course, with 25 six to eight acre homesites nestled along the fairways among pine and aspen.The par 72 championship course of 7,088 yards is sanctioned by the Audubon Society for its environmentally sensitive design consisting of spanning alpine meadows beneath the splendor of Steamboat's great peaks. Weiskopf flawlessly integrates the course with the natural terrain for a completely unique and challenging golf experience.
Catamount Ranch & Club Lake House
Catamount's 530 acre private lake invites its residents to enjoy water activities from the comfort of their own residential community. Sail, swim, fish or kayak; the Catamount Lake House is equipped to provide you and your family with everything you need to enjoy your time at the lake.
